The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of 5,39 € per order.

In case of deliveries to the German Islands, an island surcharge of 15,47 € is charged on the dispatch costs.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Self pickup

After making an appointment in advance, you can also pick up your order yourself. Please leave your phone number / email address. As soon as the order is ready for collection, we will contact you by phone or email and make an appointment for collection.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2-4 days, for deliveries abroad within 4-8 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

The minimum order value is: 5,00 €.

As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 2 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
